Yu Zhang, a PhD student in our group working on detailed characterisation of black silicon, has been named in this years list of Australia’s Early Achievers.

According to the report on the Australian Website “The Early Achievers Leaderboard lists the five top researchers from Australian universities and research institutions in each of the eight major discipline areas, who are less than 10 years into their career. To identify the five top researchers in each area we calculate an H-index for each of them and divide it by the length of their career in years (the number of years since their first citation).” We are very happy for Yu to receive this recognition for her excellent research work to date!
