XingRu Tan is a fourth-year undergraduate student in UNSW, currently writing thesis” Investigation of plasma-assisted ALD of WOx for high-efficiency solar cell” under the supervision of A/Prof Hoex. His thesis includes the optimisation and application of optical emission spectroscopy (OES), combined with the use of in-situ Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (SE) and Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM). His current study goal is to understand further the reaction mechanisms carrier selected metal oxide during ALD deposition. His further study will focus on the hydrogenation of n-type silicon.
