Wennanxi Shen

I am Penultimate year student doing fourth year thesis with Bram. My thesis topic is about “the optimization of transparent conductive oxides in Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) solar cell”. In my thesis, the deposition of Al doped ZnO by Atomic layer deposition (AZO) would be introduced. As well as how to produce and structure of Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) solar cell would mention. How to improve the optical and electrical properties would my main objective.
