David Dixon is a PhD student in the School of Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Engineering in UNSW. David completed his undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2010. He worked in the Oil and Gas industry with Shell and Woodside for 6 years. He then transitioned to photovoltaics and completed his Masters of Photovoltaic Engineering at UNSW in June 2018, prior to starting his PhD. His research area is Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). The focus of the research is the development of BIPV product(s).
